The Project

From Boarded Up
to Back in Business

This is a really special project for us. Having grown up in Leesburg and passed this building for years, we were thrilled to be part of the revitilization.

Superior Glass & Mirror was brought in to handle the full commercial glazing scope. That meant fabricating and installing large-format black-framed storefront windows across the entire façade and fitting custom commercial glass entry doors.

The transformation was significant. What had been an eyesore became one of the anchor tenants. The glass work was central to giving it that identity. In 2025, the Christmas Tree light up night was the grand opening of the new business, Passion & Bliss. Stop in for great food and drinks!

For us, it was an incredibly special project. This is our hometown. We've watched Leesburg grow and change our whole lives. Being called to help bring a piece of it back means a ton to us.

Large-Format Storefront Windows
Black aluminum-framed commercial windows spanning the full building façade — upper transom and lower picture windows.
Commercial Glass Entry Doors
Double glass entry doors with black aluminum framing, commercial hardware, and panic exit devices.
Interior Glazing
Interior window installations throughout the building during active construction phase.
